Implemented regional tracking showing submitted surveys across Aleppo (186), Al-Hasakeh (247), Ar-Raqqa (123), and Deir-ez-Zor (43)
Monitor data collection quality and processing
Created multi-stage tracking system showing received surveys (599 total) and cleaned surveys with data validation metrics
Provide real-time progress indicators
Developed KPI cards showing total gaps (157), total required surveys (669), and remaining communities (70)
Enable administrative filtering at multiple levels
Implemented hierarchical filtering from governorate to district to sub-district to community levels
Track enumerator performance and assignments
Created enumerator tracking with TL Code and E Code identifiers (PRD1-PRD6, PR1-PR17) for field team management

Results:

The Peace Road monitoring system has significantly enhanced humanitarian operations by providing comprehensive visibility into field survey progress. The dashboard reveals that 599 of 669 required surveys have been completed, with only 5 remaining gaps and 70 communities still to be covered. The system enables field coordinators to efficiently allocate resources, track enumerator performance, and ensure comprehensive geographic coverage of humanitarian assessments.
