Implement standardized PSEA monitoring across humanitarian sectors
Adopted the "WoS PSEA Network Field Checklist for GBV and PSEA Mainstreaming" as the standardized assessment tool
Ensure comprehensive geographic coverage
Implemented monitoring across 141 sites (49 in Aleppo, 92 in Idleb) with registered site verification
Collect cross-sectoral PSEA data
Developed sector-specific questionnaire sessions covering Food, NFI, Shelter, WASH, Health, Camp Management, Protection, and Cash assistance

Deployed 20 trained enumerators with data quality verification resulting in "Clean" data classification

Results:
The MHD PSEA monitoring system has significantly enhanced protection mechanisms for vulnerable populations. By implementing standardized monitoring across multiple humanitarian sectors, the system ensures that safeguarding measures are consistently applied. The comprehensive geographic coverage across 141 sites provides protection oversight for communities receiving various forms of humanitarian assistance. The system’s interactive reporting capabilities enable timely identification and response to protection concerns, strengthening accountability within humanitarian operations.
